Hi, we’re Jonathan and Ozzy, the people behind Solugga Co.

Some of the best memories start with a good drink, the right people, and a moment you won’t want to forget.

For us, the vision has always been about more than just cocktails. It’s about creating the kind of atmosphere where people can let go, be themselves, celebrate, connect, laugh a little too hard, and leave with a core memory they’ll carry with them long after the night is over.

Hospitality has always been a passion of ours. We love everything that goes into creating a great experience: the drinks, the presentation, the energy, the music, the people, and, most importantly, making sure everyone feels safe, welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

We’ve shared so many memories throughout our relationship, and somewhere along the way, Soul and Shugga became so much more than just our pets. They’re family. That’s how they became part of our name and part of our story.

Solugga is a merging of Soul and Shugga—two completely different personalities that somehow belong perfectly together. If you know us, it makes sense because we see a little bit of ourselves in them.

Soul is our calmer side—grounded, easygoing, affectionate, and perfectly happy taking in the moment and enjoying the people around him. Shugga is the complete opposite—playful, bold, energetic, mischievous, and always ready to turn things up. Together, they’re our Yin and Yang.

That balance became part of how we see Solugga Co. No two groups are exactly alike, and we don’t believe any two celebrations should feel the same.

Maybe your perfect night is Shugga energy—music up, drinks flowing, everybody laughing, dancing, and getting a little wild. Or maybe you’re more Soul energy—a beautiful setting, great conversation, carefully crafted cocktails, good music, and simply enjoying the moment.

Sometimes, the perfect night starts with Soul and ends with Shugga. That’s what we love about creating experiences: we bring the energy your moment deserves. Whether we’re celebrating a birthday, a wedding, a milestone, a new beginning, or simply bringing your favorite people together, we want the experience to feel personal to you.
